The following organizations provide resources and services for basic needs, mental and emotional support, and crisis intervention. If you are concerned about someone in crisis, many of the following resources are availabe 24/7. Please call 911 if you are experiencing an emergency.


                                                           

Hope SquadHope Squad is a peer-to-peer suicide prevention program. Hope Squad members are nominated by their classmates as trustworthy peers and trained advisors. The program reduces youth suicide through education, training, and peer intervention.

Operation Underground RailroadWe offer freedom and healing to survivors of human trafficking and exploration through direct intervention and aftercare.

Nami UtahNAMI is dedicated to improving the lives of millions of Americans affected by mental illness through its ongoing awareness, education, and advocacy efforts.

Safe Ut AppThe SafeUT App is a way to connect to licensed counselors that are ready to listen to any sized crisis or concern. Support is immediate and confidential, and as easy as reaching for your phone and sending that first message.

211 App211 agencies across the United States provide access to the best local resources and services to address any basic need, such as housing, food, transportation, and health care.

988 AppThe 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States.
